Peggy Raymes, "Know Your Number was my wake-up call. I
keep it on my refrigerator to remind me of what I have to
work on. It is a very good program. It has made me more
aware of my medical conditions so I now exercise on a
regular basis and watch what I eat. Reducing my risk
factors is important to me. Knowing what they are makes me
want to know more about how and what I can do to reduce my
risks."
"Knowing my numbers raises my consciousness, reminds me of
what I have to do to help keep myself and my family
healthy. I think it’s great. It really made me look at my
health, and with the graphs showing me how I’m doing, I am
more inclined to stay at it. In the past I would start and
then stop. Now I know I can’t stop. It was and still is a
wake-up call."
