BioSignia Board Elects Chairman
July 26, 2011 -- BioSignia today announced the election of E. B.
Chester as Chairman of the Board of Directors of BioSignia. He was
elected by unanimous vote of the Directors at its recent quarterly
meeting in Raleigh, NC.
Mr. Chester joined the Board of Directors of BioSignia in January of
2011 and has had an immediate impact on the commercialization of
BioSignia’s technologies. “I am proud to be the Chairman of the
Board of Directors of an organization that is poised to become a
market leader in several industries. It’s an honor,” said Chester.
Mr. Chester’s business experience includes ownership and executive
management of privately and publically owned businesses in
Manufacturing, Cable Television, Outdoor Advertising, Banking, Real
Estate Aviation Services and Power sports. Currently he and his
family are one of the larger group owners of Harley-Davidson
dealerships in the United States.

Mr. Chester lives in Beaver Creek, Colorado and Paradise Valley,
